Vehicle crime in you area

We have had reports of youths trying car door handles on Bryning Ave near to the junction with Northgate early this morning, 09/07/2025, around 5.30am

This is just to make you aware and remind you to lock all your valuables out of sight and keep your vehicles locked when not in use.

The majority of these crimes are opportunistic and offenders will try vehicle doors in the hope someone has left them open and they will then gain entry and take anything of value left in there.

Please be vigilant and report any suspicious activity you see on 101 or 999 if it is an emergency
